Cultural Supervision is a dynamic relationship which weaves Te Ao Māori (The Māori World) into your professional practice. Rooted in reflective and action-based practice through Matauranga Māori (Māori knowledge), Cultural Supervision provides a supportive learning space for individuals or groups to explore challenges, enhance skills, and navigate complex scenarios within their respective fields. As a collaborative process, Cultural Supervision promotes self and others awareness, culturally aligned decision-making, and a continuous embracing of difference. Through open dialogue and constructive feedback we will cultivate and ensure the highest standards of practice.
