My tūpuna (ancestors) came to the shores of Aotearoa with Scandinavian, Melanesian, Polynesian, West Asian, Celtic & Māori blood in their bones. They settled here in Waihōpai (Southland) and Te Tai Tokerau (Northland), and I am a proud descendent of them all. My wife Lucy Pearl (Middle Eastern, Iberian, Celtic) and I have 3 tamariki and live in Ōtautahi, Te Wai Pounamu.

I have a multi-faceted professional background in personal, professional, organisational and international development; and in multi-disciplinary therapeutic contexts in various sectors. At one stage I was even a Pouako in a Department of Applied Sciences and Social Practice within a Whare Wānanga.

I am also a cultural report writer and Advisor to the Ministry of Justice and offer training and facilitation around Te Tiriti | The Treaty. I am a very experienced Supervisor and Cultural Supervisor as well, and an accredited Clifton Strengths and Enneagram Coach (IEQ9) under the International Coaching Federation.

My main passion is that people would live their fullest lives as they were designed to live and love, and that families and communities are transformed and holistically healthy.

My heritage is Lebanese, Iberian, Irish & Scottish. I am a mother to three beautiful tamariki and spouse to Dallas.

My professional background is in teaching and not-for-profit trust management. I have a passion for real and authentic relationships, strength based leadership and creative and innovative approaches. I thrive in the brainstorming, ideation phase of a project where problem solving and strategising and seeing multiple pathways comes naturally. I enjoy upskilling and developing people to achieve their potential and believe that success is achieved when we work in collaborative partnership.

Together with Dallas, we are involved in supporting couples, facilitating growth through improved communication, conflict resolution, and connection. It is a rewarding but challenging process.

As a learner of Te Reo Māori, I am navigating the complexities of a language intertwined with my children's whakapapa—a journey fuelled by love and respect for their heritage and for our nation of Aotearoa.

Beyond my professional and cultural interests, I find joy in creating and designing, whether it's sculpting clay into jewellery or experimenting with cooking new cuisines... the current interest is Egyptian.
