Supervision

Supervision is a collaborative process where a supervisor supports and guides an individual or team to critically reflect on their practice, enhance their skills, promote well-being, explore challenges, celebrate successes, and identify areas for growth. Rooted in accountability and continuous learning, and self-awareness, Supervision focuses on maintaining standards of practice while fostering personal and professional development. In promoting ethical practice,, Supervision also serves as a safeguard for practitioners and those they serve, ensuring that work is effective, sustainable, and aligned with contextualised goals. Dallas has 10 years experience in offering his Supervision services to professionals who work in counselling, social work, education, leadership, church & ministry leadership and justice.
